Completion of the first stage in the E-Sun TM Kolor UpTM project

The first stage has completed of the project promoted by Essilor® Sun SolutionTM with the European Institute of Design (IED) in Turin for development of a “concept frame”, a communication campaign and marketing tools based on E-SUNTM KOLOR UPTM, the company’s brand and sunglass lens technology.
The three best entries were selected from those presented by the thirteen third-year students on the Jewellery Design Course (which also includes a specific module on eyewear design held by designer Roberto Russo).
Given the high quality of the work presented, a further five were also selected for special mentions.
A further 13 projects, one by each entrant, were chosen and, until September, can be voted for on the company’s website. The student getting the most votes will receive the “Digital Media” mention at the prize ceremony at Silmo 2017 in Paris.
