Thomas Sabo designs its first collection

For the first time, the international jewellery and watch brand is realising its unmistakable DNA in its own eyewear line. The collection includes 16 models of sunglasses in 48 colours with an additional 12 models with polarised lenses as well as four eyewear chains for the launch.

The eyewear is characterised by a special feel for iconic details and creations made of metal: Six superordinate lines are each inspired by retro-inspired eyewear types such as Pilot and Panto or shapes such as trapeze and round. The look of the first models in summer 2019 stands for an en-vogue metal-acetate mix, self-confident oversized styles, extraordinary all-one-colour looks and colour nuances inspired by precious stones such as rose quartz, mother-of-pearl and smoky quartz.

The design codes of the Thomas Sabo Sterling Silver Jewellery Collection are reflected in the models:  Well-known motifs, such as skulls, crosses or the Fleur de Lys, can be found in the eyewear collection, as can graphic embossing and reliefs, vintage decorations and sophisticated 3D styles and hinges.

The sunglasses are available with high-quality, partly polarised lenses ranging from a single-colour casual style to a cool colour gradient or as a mirrored, clearly metallic shiny version and can personalised with matching eyewear chains. A strong statement, offering unisex and excellent UV protection.

The sunglasses and eyewear chains will be available in selected THOMAS SABO shops and in the online shop at and from selected specialist retailers from the beginning of May 2019.
