De Rigo and Tous: early renewal for the eyewear partnership

De Rigo and Tous, a leading Spanish brand of jewels and accessories in the accessible luxury segment, have announced the early renewal of the licence agreement for the design, production and worldwide distribution of Tous-branded sunglasses and frames for prescription glasses.
The renewal – before the natural expiry of the contract – reflects the solidity and strategic syntony of the relationship between the two companies, which have been working together since 2000 with excellent results.
The eyewear collection – already a leader in the markets that the Spanish brand is best established in – will soon be extended to all Europe and the Middle East. The key to the success of the eyewear proposals are collections inspired by Tous jewellery and the brand’s playful spirit, with a perfectly calibrated ratio of style, quality and design.
“The renewal of the license agreement with Tous represents the consolidation of a mutually satisfying relationship that goes back over 20 years and, even more importantly, is the foundation for seizing the growth opportunities for this brand,” commented Michele Aracri, Managing Director of De Rigo Vision.

The Tous Eyewear collections are distributed through the De Rigo Vision sales network and in the maison’s single-brand boutiques.
